Rules

When creating a team, the following rules apply:

• 5 players per team
• Max 1 player per nation
• Max rating of 9,500

A player is awarded one point for a win and half a point for a draw. They may also receive bonus points (scoring listed below). Your score will be the sum of the points won by the players you have picked in your team.
You can create and change your team until the 13th of November 2025 01:00 GMT (04:00 local time). The game ends after the conclusion of the WOC finals on Saturday 15th of November 2025 (circa 18:20 local time). The winners will be presented at the WOC 2025 Victory dinner on the same day.

Bonus points:

The top 4 players in each category (open, women and youth) are granted additional points as follows:

• The winner of the open category will receive 6 extra points
• The runner-up of the open category will receive 4 extra points
• The winner of the women as well as the youth category will receive 4 extra points
• The runner-up of the women as well as the youth category will receive 3 extra points
• Third place in all categories will receive 2 extra points
• Fourth place in all categories will receive 1 extra point
